What is Razzle Rave?

Razzle Rave is a Canadian-based marketplace for handmade rave accessories, flow props, and small-batch goods created by independent artists and makers. Our goal is to make unique, high-quality rave accessories more accessible to the Canadian rave and flow community.


Where do your flowstars come from? 

We are a certified distributor for Trippy Squid flowstars! We are so lucky to be partnered with a brand that is dedicated to keeping flowstars affordable and high quality and wanting to work with us to make flowstars more accessible to Canadians. Check out their website at trippysquid.com


Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We currently offer Canada-wide shipping.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.


Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within Canada only.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes).

Expedited shipping is not available for free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes).


Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! We offer free local pickup.

Pickup options include:

- Vancouver Flowmies meetup days (details posted on Instagram @vancouverflowmies)

- Office pickup in Burnaby, BC on weekdays after 5:00 PM

Please ensure you leave an email or phone number at checkout so we can coordinate pickup details.


Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes! All Canada-wide shipping comes with tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


What is your return policy?

Return eligibility depends on the product and seller.

Returns or refunds may be accepted for:

- Damaged or defective items

- Incorrect items received

- Items that differ significantly from their listing

Custom, made-to-order, and hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.


What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

If your order appears lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to assist with the carrier investigation, though delivery delays are outside of our control once an order has shipped.


Who makes the products sold on Razzle Rave?

Products sold on Razzle Rave are created by independent artists, makers, and small businesses. Each product listing reflects the work of its original creator.

All flowstars are made by Trippy Squid. 


Can I sell my products on Razzle Rave?

Yes! We welcome Canadian makers whose products align with our brand and community.
