Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to all purchases made through Razzle Rave.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed the same day.

During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated as clearly as possible.


Shipping & Delivery Options

In-Person Pickup

We are happy to offer free local pickup for all orders.

Pickup options include:

- Vancouver Flowmies meetup days (details shared via Instagram @vancouverflowmies)

- Office pickup at 5355 Lane St, Burnaby, BC on weekdays after 5:00 PM

Customers selecting pickup must provide a valid email address or phone number at checkout so we can coordinate pickup details. Orders will not be released without your confirmation number.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Canadian Shipping 

We offer flat-rate shipping to make checkout simple and transparent. 

- Standard Shipping: $14.90

Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days

- Express Shipping: $21.90

Estimated delivery time: 1-5 business days

United States Shipping 

Shipping rates for U.S. orders vary based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

A $2 CAD packaging & handling fee is added to all shipped orders. This fee helps cover packing materials, order preparation, and processing time.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or customs processing.

Please note:
US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes)

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include expedited services

Free shipping is available for Canadian orders only, unless otherwise stated


Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after your order has shipped.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Razzle Rave is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Razzle Rave is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items

- We will work with the carrier where possible to assist with resolution
