Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30 day return window meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in new condition
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Restocking Fees
Returns made for reasons such as:
- Disliking the color or style
- Ordering the wrong item
- Not reviewing the product description
- Simply no longer wanting the item
will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Customers are also responsible for return shipping fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements, the remaining balance (after fees) will be refunded to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.

If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These cases are handled separately and will not be subject to restocking fees.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
These items are final sale.
Exchanges
We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us at razzlerave@gmail.com to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Please note:
- Exchange requests are treated as standard returns
- Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns Policy
- Restocking fees and return shipping costs apply where applicable
- Inventory availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out
This process helps us maintain accurate stock levels and avoid delays in fulfillment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
